“Blockchain allows for faster, more transparent, and more accessible dispute resolution models. At Kleros, we use decentralized juries to resolve consumer disputes—like those Lemon manages with its users—and also for public initiatives, such as the Mendoza government's neighborhood dispute program. Web3 opens up the possibility of rethinking how we administer justice in digital environments and for everyday problems, with solutions that scale efficiently.”
Finally, from a legal perspective, Alejandro González Rossi delved into the challenges posed by Web3:
“From a legal perspective, we are beginning to rethink traditional categories in the face of technologies that disintermediate, automate, and distribute functions that were previously centralized. The challenge is not to regulate for the sake of regulation, but to understand how these new models can be integrated into the existing legal framework without stifling innovation. Our academic work aims precisely at that: to offer clear criteria so that Web3 can develop safely and predictably.”

Finally, the professor was present. IAEHéctor Rocha at the exhibition of Multistakeholder Collaboration for the Common Good: the Bridging Role of Real World Live Use Cases (Women 2000) from Funding the Commons.
