Dining and cafeteria services

At all university campuses, both a dining hall and a cafeteria are available to the entire community of students, faculty, and staff. The dining hall offers a variety of menu options, including catering to dietary restrictions. At the Pilar, Buenos Aires, and [other campuses/locations] IAE At the Business School, the dining service is provided by Gourmet ChefA food company belonging to Grupo L, with processes overseen by a team of professionals (chefs, nutritionists, and food engineers). Furthermore, the products are tested daily by an internal and external food safety department. 

Dining room

It features a varied daily main menu and a healthy menu. In addition, it offers a variety of fresh salads, baguette sandwiches, individual tarts, and empanadas. The salad bar is available daily, offering a choice of seasonal vegetables as a side dish.

Special menus: We offer options suitable for celiacs and vegetarians. We also cater to other dietary restrictions, such as allergies or intolerances; for these, it is necessary to place your order in advance on the same day you need it.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 12 to 14:30 PM.

Confectionery Deli & Café

It offers a variety of options for breakfast, snacks, and quick meals. From croissants to gluten-free snacks, including cakes, yogurts, snacks, and a selection of beverages.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 19:30 p.m.
