Institutional Evaluation Program

National Bank for Technological and Social Development Projects (PDTS)

The National Bank for Technological and Social Development Projects is coordinated by the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation of the Nation. Projects are first evaluated by the institution that submits them to the Bank. This evaluation must consider technical and economic-financial feasibility, the adequacy of the committed resources (human resources, infrastructure and equipment, and financing) to the project's objectives, and, where applicable, progress in implementation.

When submitted to the National PDTS Bank, projects must go through two stages: admission and accreditation. For projects to be accredited as PDTS, they must be submitted through the PDTS Management Platform by the institutional representative of one of the project director's institutions.

Depending on the opinion issued by the accreditation committee, the project will be reported as “accredited project or non-accredited projectIf accredited, it will be incorporated into the National Bank of Technological and Social Development Projects (BNPDTS) and the parties will be notified.
