Students from the third cohort of the Master's Program in People-Centered Organizational Development completed an academic residency in the city of Mendoza . The experience was designed to provide firsthand knowledge of diverse organizational realities and to understand, through the experiences of those involved, the impact of putting people at the center.

Throughout the residency , they visited organizations and institutions from various fields , including the Almafuerte Penitentiary Complex, the Municipality of Guaymallén, the Judicial Branch of Mendoza, the Godoy Cruz Club and Bodega Séptima, among others.

These visits allowed them to learn about concrete experiences, understand the challenges of each organization, and reflect on the decisions, practices, and organizational cultures that contribute to the development of more people-centered environments.

Direct contact with those who promote and are part of these initiatives was one of the key aspects of the proposal: an opportunity to broaden perspectives, connect the knowledge acquired during training with reality, and recognize the different ways in which organizations can generate a positive impact on people and their environment.

We thank all the institutions that hosted us, as well as Mariano Carniel and Guillermo Navarro, facilitators of this academic experience.
