From Vine to Cane is an immersive academic experience that uses Salta’s high-altitude wine and sugar industries as real-world business cases to explore how regional value chains, territory and cultural identity can create competitive advantage and open opportunities in international markets.
The program combines academic preparation in Buenos Aires with three days of field immersion in Salta, where students explore high-altitude viticulture, sugar agroindustry, cultural heritage and tourism. Through winery and agroindustry visits, guided observation, executive workshops and cultural experiences, students connect commercial strategy with the realities of regional production and development.
