Following the recent court decision in the YPF case, we would like to highlight the work of several legal experts from our university who have contributed significantly to the success of this legal case.
In addition to the work carried out by the three current Deputy Attorneys General of the Treasury of the Nation, Santiago Castro Videla, Julio Pablo Comadira and Juan Ignacio Stampalija, special recognition is also due for their work as legal experts proposed by the Argentine government to Doctors Alfonso Santiago, one of the driving forces behind the creation of our Faculty and current director of the Department of Constitutional Law and the School of Politics, Government and International Relations, and Rafael Manovil, professor at our Faculty in the discipline of Business Law, also since its very beginnings.
We also extend this recognition to our graduate and professor Bernardo Saravia Frías for his past performance as head of the National Treasury Attorney's Office, and to those who added their contribution in the same sense during the management of Dr. Rodolfo Barra, also a promoter and outstanding professor of Administrative Law of our academic unit since its creation.
All these recognitions generate not only legitimate pride, but also a commitment to continue contributing from our University with the highest level of excellence in order to provide better legal training every day for the benefit of justice and the progress and growth of our country.
