Southern Legal Journal
We present the new AUSTRAL LEGAL JOURNAL (RJA), a publication that aims to disseminate original and unpublished legal studies and research, with broad and comprehensive coverage of all branches of national and comparative law.
The Journal is available in two formats: paper and electronic. The latter is in line with the editorial team's decision to adhere to the open access policy (Open Access), which allows downloading, distributing, copying and printing published material without any restrictions.
This promotes free and unrestricted access to information without any economic, technical, or legal limitations or barriers for all readers.
The new Austral journal is published semiannually (January-June; July-December), and each issue will have three sections: research articles, reviews, and notes.

Editorial team
The RJA Editorial Board is comprised of prestigious and distinguished researchers, professors, and judges from various widely recognized academic institutions in the country and abroad. It prioritizes the originality, relevance, academic quality, and scientific interest of the submitted works, which may cover any branch of law, both national and comparative.
