Since Monday, April 22nd, the virtual seminar "Natural Sciences and Philosophy" has been taking place, led by Professor Dr. Olimpia Lombardi.
The ultimate purpose of the course is to develop critical thinking skills that allow students not only to distinguish between the various philosophical perspectives from which contemporary problems in different scientific disciplines are addressed, but also, in some cases, to adopt their own positions in favor of one perspective or another.
For this purpose, this 35-hour course has been designed, structured in four modules:
The course will provide the necessary content for developing the critical thinking skills it aims to promote. This seminar is offered within the framework of the Humanities Studies Program, which seeks to promote the ongoing professional development of university faculty.
