“The Master's degree allowed me to broaden my perspective: on organizations and also on myself within them.”
I gained a more holistic understanding of the organizational world, recognizing that behind every decision, process, or structure lie material, intellectual, and spiritual dimensions. By acknowledging these dimensions, the capacity to generate real impact expands. This learning helped me redesign more coherent and humane management practices, and also to rethink how I make decisions, how I connect with others, and what meaning I give to my work.
It's an experience that transforms how you understand organizations and your own role within them. It not only offers conceptual frameworks and tools, but also encourages you to examine your beliefs, broaden your perspectives, and lead with greater awareness and depth.

"It's not just about acquiring technical tools, but about living a transformative experience."
During my Master's program, I incorporated numerous tools for human talent management, a field that wasn't originally my own and which represented a profound learning experience. I discovered simple yet highly effective methodologies for maintaining motivation, strengthening relationships, and guiding diverse personalities toward more harmonious and productive teamwork.
However, the most valuable aspect was the group of people who formed. I had the opportunity to build excellent relationships with my classmates, share enriching experiences, and learn the true meaning of the tools covered in the course in a practical and experiential way. This combination of technical knowledge and human connection made a significant difference in both my professional and personal development.
The Master's program transforms the way we view organizations and human relationships. It allows us to discover the enormous value of many everyday occurrences that, without this perspective, often go unnoticed.

“The MOP was a profoundly transformative experience.”
It allowed me to incorporate a more human perspective into my professional practice and understand organizations as living systems, where people and their relationships are the true driving force of change. I learned to lead through listening, reflection, and collaboration, strengthening my ability to build trust and a shared sense of purpose within teams.
Personally, the Master's program invited me to review my beliefs about work and leadership, helping me to act with greater coherence between what I think, feel, and do.
The MOP is a unique opportunity to reconnect with purpose, lead with awareness, and transform the way we understand organizations and the people who make them up.

“The MOP was a turning point in my professional and personal development.”
Its comprehensive, gradual, and always people-centered approach allowed me not only to incorporate new learning but also to consolidate and integrate prior knowledge. It's a master's program where students and professors co-create knowledge and enrich each other in a profoundly human learning environment.
During the course, and even today, I apply the tools and new ways of observing organizations, both in my own company and in other areas where I'm involved. As I often say, "I'm from the MOP": part of a journey of professional and personal transformation, enriching and compassionate.
I'd say it's worth taking the plunge. If you're looking to develop your career in organizations where people truly matter, the MOP is a fantastic opportunity. It boasts top-tier faculty and collaborative spaces that support you in your pursuit of meaningful growth.
