Ileana Beade holds a PhD in Political Science from the National University of RosarioShe holds a PhD in Humanities and Arts with a specialization in Philosophy from the same University, and a Master's degree in Social Sciences with a specialization in Political Theory from the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO). She has completed postdoctoral programs at the National University of Rosario and at the National University of Córdoba,

Since 2011, she has been a researcher at CONICET (National Scientific and Technical Research Council). She has participated in national and international research projects dedicated to the study of Kantian philosophy. She currently chairs the Society for Kantian Studies in Spanish (SEKLE) and is a member of the Kantian Studies Group (GEK) at the University of Buenos Aires.

She has taught undergraduate and postgraduate seminars at various universities, and has published more than 40 philosophical articles in specialized national and international journals, around 20 articles in books, 15 articles in conference proceedings, and has participated as a speaker in more than 90 national and international conferences.

She serves as a Professor of the Chairs of Introduction to Philosophy, Philosophical Anthropology and Business Ethics at the Universidad Austral (Headquarters Rosario).
