History of the Argentine Supreme Court. Volume IV: 2015 to 2025 , by Alfonso Santiago, Alberto B. Bianchi and Jerónimo Lau Alberdi, offers a comprehensive study of the recent evolution of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.

The work combines institutional history, constitutional analysis, jurisprudential study, and empirical research: it examines the composition and functioning of the Supreme Court, its most relevant rulings, and its intervention in matters of federalism, fundamental rights, social security, taxation, the environment, health, the pandemic, and the autonomy of the City of Buenos Aires. It also addresses tensions with political powers, judicial reforms, and the challenges the Court faces in preserving its independence and legitimacy.
