Master of Finance

• Graduates in the field of Economic Sciences.

• Professionals from other fields interested in specializing in financial matters.

An academic proposal that seeks to satisfy the demand for professionals with solid knowledge in Finance, capable of designing and implementing efficient strategies to successfully face the challenges presented by competition in diverse, complex markets and with a deep understanding of the local and global reality.

Graduates will be prepared to diagnose, evaluate and solve problems, acting both in the corporate environment and in markets of various kinds.

Through the case method, the Master's in Finance provides the managerial skills necessary to perform in senior management positions.

A total of 3 courses must be chosen, plus the completion of a Simulation Game. The subjects are:

• Legal and Tax Aspects of Financial Markets
• M&A
• Risk management
• Portfolio Management
• Innovation in Finance
• Behavioral Finance and Neurofinance

It will be developed on the basis of a case study that will demonstrate the integration and deepening of knowledge in the professional field, as well as the handling of skills and innovative approaches in the profession.

All classes are taught in Spanish.

International Week in Finance:

This international residency is optional.

It consists of a intensive week in New York visiting major markets, international financial institutions and local and international monetary bodies.

It comprises two days of instruction on campus IESE Business School of New YorkDrawing on content from Banking and Real Estate, the program aims to provide students with international exposure and contact with key players in global market and corporate finance, as well as the opportunity to discuss cases within the environment of an international business school.

• Double-sided photocopy of the University Degree: Ensure it bears the seals of the University and the Ministry of Education before photocopying; it does not need to be a certified copy. If it is a foreign degree, it must also contain the seal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (or similar body) of the country where it was issued and the Hague Apostille.
• Photocopy of the Final Academic Transcript: Make sure it has the University seals before photocopying; it does not have to be a certified copy.
• Photocopy of Identity Document: DNI for Argentinians, Passport for foreigners.

3. Final Admission Interview with the Master's Program Director.

To complete registration, the student must submit the required documentation. Failure to do so on time and in the correct format will result in the student not being able to advance to the next grade or take the exams.

Through the Master's Degree in Finance at our Faculty, the Universidad Austral Headquarters Rosario We have become affiliated with the CFA Institute, taking another step towards the academic excellence of our programs of study. The CFA is an international certification that assesses and certifies the professionalism of a financial analyst, valuing knowledge of a wide range of issues, not only technical but also ethical, with the ultimate goal of ranking and rewarding the best finance professionals in the world.

Additionally, university students will have access to scholarships and events organized by the CFA Institute and CFA Society Argentina. This affiliation demonstrates that the MEF's curriculum is aligned with the exams required to achieve the CFA designation, an internationally recognized mark of quality.
