Frida Armas Pfirter, vice-president of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, directed the delimitation of the Argentine continental shelf for more than 25 years and is part of the body of 21 magistrates that will evaluate the measures requested by Buenos Aires to stop the Sea Lion project.
