This meeting aims to analyze the impact of Argentina's recent ratification of the Multilateral Convention on the Implementation of Tax Treaty-Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI), OECD-BEPS, approved through Law 27.788. Within the framework of international taxation, and with the participation of experts from Mexico, Uruguay, and Argentina, the main challenges, opportunities, and transformations that this multilateral tool entails for the network of double taxation treaties will be addressed. The objective is to provide a practical and comparative perspective on how the MLI redefines the rules of the game in international taxation, promoting greater transparency and tax cooperation.
