Sofía del Carril is a professor and director of the Master's Program in International Relations at the Universidad AustralShe has over 15 years of experience in the public and private sectors in Argentina, the United States, and Colombia. She is a member of the Argentine Council for International Relations (CARI), where she leads the Working Group on Global Scenarios. She holds a law degree (UTDT), a Master's degree in Global Affairs (Yale University), and is certified in strategic foresight (University of Houston).

Manuel Alderete is a professor of Administrative Law at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels at the Universidad Austral and from other universities. He is a Beacrio Chevening Cohort 2024/2025 student and is currently pursuing an LLM in International Minerals & Energy Law and Policy at the University of Dundee, Scotland.
He is a lawyer and holds a Master's degree in Administrative Law from the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Austral – Diploma of Honor, highest GPA in the graduating class, and Special Mention for Distinguished Thesis. He works as a Senior Attorney at the Saravia Frías Law Firm. He was Chief of Staff of the National Treasury Attorney's Office in 2019.
Author of several publications on mining, energy, and administrative law. Speaker at conferences in the field.

Ernesto Bonafé is a Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) at the University of Dundee, Scotland. His research and teaching focus on the energy transition from an institutional, legal, and litigation perspective, both internationally and nationally, within the context of climate change, security of supply, competitiveness, and industrialization. He is the Editor of the journal Global Energy Law and Sustainability (GELS), published by Edinburgh University Press. Previously, he headed the Expansion Unit at the International Energy Charter Conference in Brussels. Ernesto earned his PhD in European Law and Energy Policy from the European University Institute in Florence, Italy, a Master's degree in European Law from the Free University of Brussels, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Valencia, Spain. During his academic training, he completed internships at the European Commission and the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg.
