Cycle Objectives

- Analyze the systems of responsibility and disciplinary control of magistrates and judicial officials in the Province.
- Explain the actual functioning of each key body: Prosecution, Disciplinary Control of the SCBA and Internal Control of the Prosecutor's Office.
- To articulate the perspectives of Administrative Law and Criminal Law.
- Discussing constitutional tensions: judicial independence, due process, proportionality, and institutional transparency.
