Publication of results from the exploratory consultation with experts on AI in Argentina towards 2035

This document is the result of the research work of the research line Quo Vadis IA llevada a cabo durante el año 2025.

Through the Delphi method, consensus was gathered from experts in the public, academic and industrial sectors, combining open and closed questions to identify strategic priorities.

Among the main challenges are:

• the need for effective collaboration between government, academia, and industry
• Reducing the digital divide in a context of strong inequalities
• the mass training of teachers
• Training public decision-makers in the ethical use of AI
• the modernization of the digital healthcare infrastructure
• strengthening the capabilities of SMEs to adopt AI-based solutions.
The study emphasizes the urgency of strategic and collective action that will allow Argentina to harness the potential of AI and reduce social and technological gaps in the medium and long term.
