Lawyer. Completed the Executive MBA at IAE of the Universidad Austral, and the Leadership Professional in Ethics & Compliance (LPEC) Certification (ECI e IAE Compliance) of the Universidad Austral.

He currently leads the Privacy and Compliance Team at the consulting firm Data Governance Latam as Co-founder and Privacy Director.

He is a Certified DPO (Data Protection Officer) - FRANCISCO DE VITORIA UNIVERSITY, Spain, Program recognized according to the AEPD-DPD scheme by IVAC-INSTITUTO DE CERTIFICACIÓN SL (2020-2021).

It is also certified under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) by Certiprof.

He is a member of The International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and the Antiphishing Working Group (APWG), and was a member of the Cloud Security Alliance Argentine Chapter.

Member of the National Association of Data Privacy Professionais (APDADOS) of Brazil.

He has written several articles –both local and international– exploring various topics in technology law.

He is Co-Director of the book "Data Governance, how to govern data responsibly ensuring privacy at every step", Hammurabi Publishing.

He has participated in numerous international conferences as a speaker and lecturer.

He was a founding member and Secretary General of Argentina Cibersegura, and is currently its Vice President. As a member of Argentina Cibersegura, he participated in the Global Cybersecure Communities Working Group, represented the Stop-Think-Connect Project in Argentina, and assisted in its coordination in Latin America.

He has advised the Government of the City of Buenos Aires from December 2007 to December 2015.

From December 2015 to December 2019, he advised the President of Banco Provincia de Buenos Aires and directed the Presidential Administrative Unit of Banco Provincia. He was the Project Leader for the implementation of the "Electronic File (SADE) / Electronic Purchases (BPC)" project at Banco Provincia. He was a Director of Provinios SA and Provincia Bursatil SA.
