Specialist in School Leadership for Educational Transformation from the University of San Andrés, Bachelor of Science in Educational Administration and Management from the National University of San Martín, in partnership with CONSUDEC, Specialist in Higher Education and ICT from the Higher Institute of Teacher Training No. 129 (Junín), Primary School Teacher and Postgraduate Diploma for the 3rd cycle and Polimodal levels, from the Teacher Training Institute No. 4 (9 de Julio). He has worked as a catechist, tutor, and secondary school teacher. He was Vice-Head of Pastoral Care, Primary School Director, and Rector of the Marianist Institute of San Agustín in the city of 9 de Julio, Buenos Aires Province. He is currently the Secondary School Director of the aforementioned institution and Vice-Director - Pedagogical Coordinator of the Marianist Educational Network of Argentina.
Author of the thesis "Service-Learning as a Cross-Curricular Content: A Knowledge Strategy to Awaken the Desire to Learn in Schools" and contributor to the publication of three books: "Learning in Community: The Value of Designing Understanding Projects with Others," "Learning in Community: The Path to Reflective Practice in Teaching," and "Educational Pact: Education as a Practice of Personal and Social Transformation."
