He is a guest lecturer at various universities in Europe, the United States, and Latin America. He provides training for judges and federal and provincial public prosecutors. He is a petitioner in international litigation before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and a pro bono attorney in Argentina and other Latin American countries. He is the author of books and articles on Constitutional Law, Human Rights, International Law, Legal Education, and Legal Research, among other topics. His works have been published in Spanish, Portuguese, English, and Italian, and cited in numerous scholarly publications and court rulings.
