Director of the Diploma in Latin American Constitutional Law

She holds a Doctorate in Law, summa cum laude from the Catholic University of Argentina, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Georgetown University, Washington DC. She is a professor in postgraduate courses at Argentine universities. Universidad AustralShe has taught at the University of Buenos Aires, the Catholic University of Argentina, and the University of La Plata, among others. She is a Full Professor of Constitutional Law and Political Institutions, and Constitutional Rights and Guarantees, at the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, and a tenured Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires. She is a Visiting Professor at numerous universities abroad, including the University of Bologna (Italy), Alberto Hurtado University (Chile), Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University (Peru), New York Law School, and Georgetown University (United States).

Legal Secretary of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. She has been a speaker at numerous national and international congresses, seminars, and conferences. She has published “Federal Extraordinary Appeal: An Approach to its Design and Current Status” (Hamurabi Publishing, 2017), and “SummaConstitucional: Doctrine, Legislation, Jurisprudence” (Co-editor, AbeledoPerrot, Buenos Aires, 2014). She is the author of numerous chapters in edited volumes and articles in periodicals. She is the General Secretary of the Argentine Association of Constitutional Law and the Secretary of the Argentine Center for Constitutional Procedural Law.
