Current member of the Scientific Committee of OIDF

He holds a law degree from La Sapienza University of Rome (Italy), where he obtained the degree with honors in 1979, after defending a thesis in administrative law.

He has been a contracted professor at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions of the University of Milan (Italy).

A practicing lawyer since October 1980, he works independently at the Bonatti Law Firm in Milan, where he has been a partner since 1992. He is registered with the Milan Bar Association. His practice specializes in administrative law, with particular emphasis on environmental law, public procurement, construction and building works, expropriations, urban planning, public employment, liability for damages to the public treasury before the Court of Auditors, and commercial law.
