Federico holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Navarra and is a Research Professor at the Universidad Austral and former Visiting Scholar at the Baker Institute Center for Energy Studies (USA) and at ILAS of Columbia University (USA).
Specialized in applied microeconomics, with extensive experience in university teaching and academic research. Interested in environmental economics and sustainable economic development.
