She is currently the director of the Roberto Rocca Technical School in Campana. Previously, she served as an advisor and then as the academic vice-director of the institution.

She is a PhD candidate in Education at the Universidad AustralShe is a specialist in "Management and Leadership of the Educational System and its Institutions" from FLACSO, and a Professor of Educational Sciences and Primary Education from the Catholic University of Argentina. She also holds a postgraduate degree in "Design of Emergent Learning Experiences" from the University of Barcelona and a diploma in "School Leadership for Educational Transformation" from the University of San Andrés.

She has over 20 years of experience in education at various levels: she has taught at the primary, secondary, tertiary, and university levels; she served as Director of Training and Leadership at the Teach For Argentina Foundation; and as Pedagogical Coordinator of the Marianist Educational Network of Argentina. She is currently a professor at the School of Education of the Universidad Austral.

As part of her solid academic career in the field, in 2021 she coordinated the production of the book Learning in community from Editorial SM and published a chapter in Training in reflective practice from the Aique publishing group.
