DICE Program

The School of Education was created with this program. 700 administrators and teachers were trained in the guidelines of the Federal Education Law (No. 24.195/93).

The program is now offered regularly with the aim of enriching the training of educational leaders by developing the skills necessary for decision-making with a holistic view of the organization, and for managing work teams in complex, rapidly changing environments with significant technological influence. Program for Legal Representatives (PRL)
The aim is to train the representative and the legal agent in those areas specific to their role that will allow them to have a comprehensive view of the educational center and respond professionally to the demands they receive today.

Master's Degree in Educational Institution Management (MDIE)
It is a postgraduate professional program that allows students to delve into educational management from a global perspective, based on a collaborative work model. Its objective is to train current and future managers in institutional intervention strategies, providing practical tools and always maintaining a humanistic, person-centered approach.
GLOBE International Programme of Science and Environmental Education
The Global Learning and Observations to Benefit the Environment (GLOBE) program is an international science and environmental education program. Established in 1995, it involves more than 30.000 teachers in 119 countries. Sponsored by NASA, the agency creates the program's overall policies and strategic vision. The School of Education of the Universidad Austral It is the headquarters of the Regional Coordination for Latin America and the Caribbean.
Center for Research in Educational Policy and Higher Education
Joint initiative of the School of Education and the School of Government of the Universidad Austral to design, implement and evaluate educational policies, and to link the university system with the productive sector.

It is an inter-institutional postgraduate program with joint degrees, between the Inter-American Open University, the Universidad Austral and the National University of Río Negro, which operates within the framework of the Network of Studies in Higher Education (REES)
Child Protection Training Seminar
Through the study of theoretical aspects, knowledge of legal protocols, and case analysis, students will acquire the tools to implement concrete strategies for the prevention and protection of minors. This seminar also aims to ensure that children and adolescents can find, among those responsible for activities involving them in various settings, adults who will help guarantee the protection of their rights and their well-being, and, in situations of abuse and/or mistreatment, initiate the appropriate reports, while also helping them access the necessary psychological support.
META Program (Measurement and Evaluation for Learning Transformation)
It is a program for measuring and evaluating school learning performance whose purpose is to contribute to the improvement of educational quality and equity.
Doctorate in Education (DE)
This program aims to be a training ground for current and potential leaders working in influential positions within the educational, political, and social sectors. This doctoral program fills a significant gap by providing rigorous academic training that is flexible, personalized, and based on a competency-based approach to development and the transfer of research to practice. It aspires to foster research on real, relevant, and strategic issues for the development and improvement of education in Argentina.
University Diploma in Didactic Skills for the Innovation of Teaching and Learning Processes (DHD)
It is taught within the framework of the University Teaching Degree in Secondary and Higher Education and aims to provide didactic skills to those professionals who wish to update themselves on the latest trends in teaching and learning in the context of the 21st Century.
