Professor and researcher specializing in Political Communication and Public Space Theory. He studies and develops the relationship between political and media systems within the framework of strategic planning. He holds a degree in Journalism (National University of Lomas de Zamora) and a Master's degree in Organizational Communication (Universidad Austral). He is a tenured professor at the Universidad Austral, UNLZ and UNLAM.

He has participated in campaigns and electoral processes in various Ibero-American countries, and serves as a visiting professor and lecturer at several Latin American universities. He has been president of AFSCA, vice president of TELAM, and Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences at UNLZ, among other public and private positions.
