Direct Entry is only for students who meet one of these conditions:

- Graduate from a school that has agreement with the Universidad Austral and have an overall average of 8 points.
- Having been admitted to another Engineering Faculty whose programs are accredited by CONEAU.
- Having passed the exam international Baccalaureate (IB) Full Diploma (with a score of thirty (30) points or more. Obtain at least six (6) points or more in the subject “Mathematics NM” of the medium level or four (4) points or more in the subject Mathematics of the higher level.
- Having surrendered the AICE Diploma (Cambridge International Examinations) with a minimum score of 220 points. Students who pass the Mathematics subject with a minimum of 80 points on the AICE diploma will have their entrance course Mathematics course recognized as passed. Learn all the details: Download here

The steps to apply for a University Pass to the Austral are:
- Please email the syllabi for the approved subjects so that possible equivalencies can be analyzed.
- Pay the corresponding fee for the analysis of the programs.
- Attend an interview with a career expert to discuss possible homologations.
- If you are determined, Request the registration link from your career advisor.
