Carlos Luis Bosco is a lawyer who graduated on March 22, 1988 from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, Faculty of Law and Social Sciences. Rosario and Master's Degree in Legal Advice for Companies - Universidad Austral Rosario – 4th Promotion (1999), in which he was awarded the Certificate of Excellence and recommendation for publication for his thesis “Legal Protection of the Environment”.

In the field of teaching, he currently serves as a Full Professor of Labor Law and Social Security at the Universidad Austral, in the various courses offered in Rosario from 1993 to the present.

In addition, he served as a Professor in the Master's Program in Legal Advice for Companies at the Universidad Austral de Rosario and was a thesis tutor in the Master's Program in Legal Advice for Companies at the Universidad Austral de Rosario and from Buenos Aires. She was also a member of the Chair of Labor Law and Social Security at PUCA, Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of Rosario from 1988 to 2001.

He performed duties as Rapporteur of the Federal Court of Appeals of Rosario.

In the public sector he was Labor Legal Advisor to the Government Secretariat of the Municipality of Rosario, assigned to the General Directorate of Personnel and Full Member appointed by the Municipal Executive Power of the Disciplinary Board existing in the city of Rosario.

He served as a Full Member of the Argentine Association of Labor Law and Social Security, LITORAL Branch, and was Vice President of the Argentine Association of Labor Law and Social Security, LITORAL Branch.

It is an equal member in collective agreements at the activity and company level, representing the employer sector.

He is currently the owner of ESTUDIO BOSCO ABOGADOS, dedicated to exclusively business labor advice (national and international), founded in 2021 but with a history in business labor representation, human resources and labor relations from 1972 to the present.
