Nicolás is an Industrial Engineer (ITBA), and holds an Executive Master's degree in Business Administration (IAE) with a mention «Magna Cum Laude» and a Master's degree in Government and Culture of organizations from the Institute of Business and Humanism (University of Navarra).

His professional experience includes positions at companies such as IBM Argentina and Bank Boston NA, where he worked as an engineering management analyst and a retail operating risk management analyst. He is the co-author of the book "The Art of Positional Negotiation" and contributed to the book "Leading Through Innovation and Creativity." For over seven years, he was a research assistant and part-time lecturer at [institution name missing]. IAE Business School.

Currently, he serves as director of In-Company programs at the Middle Management School of the Madero Institute and is a professor at the Faculty of Business and Engineering Sciences of the Universidad Austral.
