Martín earned an MBA from Universidad del CEMA in Argentina. He served as Marketing Director at Clorox (Mexico, Chile, and Peru) and at Lafarge Holcim Cementos (Chile). He is currently the Director of CTD Partners Consulting and the Director of the Master's Program in Marketing Management at UDP.

He is an executive with over 20 years of experience in management positions in the commercial sector of the consumer goods and industrial products industries in Chile, Peru, Argentina, and Mexico. He is currently a founding partner of CTD Partners, a consulting firm specializing in strategic business and organizational transformation. For the past seven years, he has developed academic experience in marketing through postgraduate programs at leading universities in Chile and Argentina.

He is currently the Head of Marketing for the Industrial Engineering program at the Catholic University of Argentina and the Academic Director of the Master's Program in Marketing Management at Diego Portales University in Chile.
