The main research track is related to bioinformatic microbiome processing and analysis by applying next generation sequencing techniques and several bioinformatic tools. Some previous studies are related annotations of protein-coding splice variants based on human isoforms.
On the other hand, I am collaborating in a group that focus on software engineering. We work with legacy structured code and cloud repositories to obtain metrics that reduce the project managment efforts.
