The form consists of 3 steps

  • In the first step (Applicant Details)You will be asked to upload the applicant's data (it is not essential to be the director or academic head of the activity to propose an academic activity),
  • In the second (General Academic Information)It is necessary to detail the specifics of all academic activity,
  • Last (Economic-Operational Committee), You must report and/or complete all items, logistical and operational aspects that contribute to the correct execution of the proposal.

What information should I have before completing the following form?

  • Preliminary program (attached),
  • Preliminary class schedule (attached),
  • Didactic diagramming of the activity,
  • Attached you must provide details of the teaching staff (roles, hours worked and participation modality).
  • Details of possible academic endorsements, sponsors and/or funders.

What should I take into account?

  • If the activity requires distribution and open sale, consider a period of no less than 6 months regarding the date of completion of this form with the start date of the activity.
  • If the activity did not require dissemination (activities with funding), a period of no less than 4 months in order to coordinate all economic, financial and logistical aspects of the activity.
  • The times stated correspond to pure times, “clean for dissemination and promotion of the activity”, that is, discounting times for delivery of information, preparation of digital graphic pieces and website. 
  • Activities in the 1st edition These activities should preferably be carried out in the second semester of the current year, respecting the submission deadlines for the academic proposal. For promotional, advertising, and market research purposes, these activities should be accompanied by masterclasses, webinars, and informational talks in the semester prior to their implementation.
  • The proposed activities will be accepted according to their academic, financial, economic and operational feasibility within the semester's activity plan in question.
  • Those activities that, for their normal development, require sponsorship and/or financing from third parties, partially or totally, must present credentials of guarantees from these parties at the time of completing this form.
  • To further substantiate the academic proposal, this form allows you to attach files in Word, PDF, and Excel formats.
