Months ago, the governor of Salta, Gustavo Sáenz, signed Decree of Necessity and Urgency No. 129 to establish fees for healthcare for all foreign nationals belonging to the categories of temporary and precarious residents, which later became law. Therefore, it does not apply to those with permanent or temporary residency and only applies to public hospitals.
