The Lago di Cuomo moment for companies

Federico Eisner, an industrial engineer from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) with 25 years at Bain, one of the world's leading business strategy consulting firms, now heads several projects in China, India, and Japan from his London base, following extensive experience with some of Latin America's largest companies. He explains that the demands revolve around extending the reach of brand digitalization to include user experiences. "In India and China, we're working on the circular economy, on how companies should take responsibility for their packaging and engage consumers in this process. In Japan, people want to know where, for example, their drinking water comes from, every piece of food they eat, and that requires traceability that's easy for the user to understand," he says. They also help recruit top talent for senior positions, who will be responsible for leading key areas. And they especially advise on company mergers when professionals from different cultures need to work together.
