Pablo Mac Clay is an economist and a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Bonn (Germany). He earned his undergraduate degree in economics from the National University of Rosario, and holds an MBA in Agribusiness from the Universidad Austral.
Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to agribusiness and agri-food value chains from both an academic and professional perspective. Part of her work has focused on understanding the decision-making processes of agricultural producers in Argentina. Her work at the University is associated with the Center for Agribusiness and Food, encompassing both teaching and research.
His main interests are linked to the sustainability of agri-food systems, the bioeconomy, and renewable energy.
