Juan Francisco Daraio is a Lawyer (1996) and Notary (1999), graduated from the Catholic University of Argentina; Bachelor in Organization and Management of Education (2002) and Master in Business Sciences (2005) from the Universidad Austral; and Master in Government and Culture of Organizations (2012) from the University of Navarra.

Since 1996, he has worked as a consultant, working on building business and organizational strategies, aligning the structures and systems of companies and institutions behind closed doors, and developing key capabilities and competencies.

He has reached the rank of Full Professor and is Director of the Chair of People Management at the Faculty of Business Sciences of the Universidad Austral and Professor of Management Practices at IAE Business School. He also teaches in the Master's Program in Agribusiness at the Universidad Austral and in in-company programs taught by the aforementioned Faculty.

He has served as Director of the Corporate Training Area, Director of Studies and advisor at the FCE RosarioCurrently, he is the Director of the Human Resources Department at FCE. Rosario and Academic Secretary of this same unit.
