Pedro is a lawyer, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the National University of RosarioMaster's degree in Legal Advice for Companies, Universidad Austral de RosarioHer thesis, "Timely Verification of Credits," was graded with a ten, under the supervision of Dr. Daniel Roque Vítolo, and was awarded a certificate of excellence plus a recommendation for publication by the Universidad Austral de Rosario.

He served as a guest lecturer for the subject of Insolvency and Bankruptcy in the Master's program in Legal Advice for Companies at the Universidad Austral de RosarioAlso as an assistant professor of the subjects Law and Business and Institutions of Civil and Commercial Law at the Faculty of Business Sciences of the Universidad Austral de RosarioSimilarly, I am an assistant professor of the subject of Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law at the Catholic University of Argentina in Paraná.

He is currently a professor of the subject of Bankruptcy and Insolvency at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the Universidad Austral de Rosario.

Between 2010 and 2015, he served as a jury member for the Final Projects of the Specialization in Bankruptcy Trusteeship at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Statistics of the National University of Rosario.

He has been a contributor to the following works: "Practical Digest of the Bankruptcy Law", Volumes 1, 2 and 3. He has also written doctrinal articles and presented papers at conferences in his field.

He actively practices law as a partner at the law firm Romera, Ongay, Romano, Castellani & Figueroa Casas, located in the city of RosarioHe works primarily in the areas of commercial law, such as contracts, corporations, securities, and bankruptcy proceedings.
