José is a lawyer, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), and holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Austral and is currently a doctoral student at that same institution.

He has developed a distinguished academic career as a professor in the Master's Program in Business Law and the Master's Program in Civil Law at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Australand in the Postgraduate Program in Inheritance Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires. He is also a tenured professor of Corporate Law at the Faculty of Business Sciences and coordinator of the Law courses at that Faculty. Universidad Austral.

He is the author of publications related to Corporate and Insolvency Law, and co-author of works related to Commercial Law. He also serves on master's thesis defense panels at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Austral.
