While sustainability is integrated into the curriculum of all our faculties, our university offers programs with a specific focus on sustainability, carries out impactful research projects in this area, and encourages students to lead and promote projects aimed at improving it.

CESIS | Center for Studies in Sustainability and Social Innovation
Connecting actors, organizations and systems, it was created with the aim of providing an interdisciplinary perspective on 3 regional challenges:
- poverty and inequality,
- environmental degradation,
- and institutional weakness,
Through research, teaching, and knowledge transfer that contribute to organizational resilience and systemic transformation in Latin America, CESIS is part of the global network of sustainability research centers.
CONFyE
The Center studies and promotes best practices for work-life balance in organizations, with the aim of establishing corporate family responsibility. They work to support companies in this challenge, aware of the responsibility we all have to build a society that improves people's quality of life and increasingly consolidates the family as a pillar of our true personal and professional development.
Entrepreneurship Center
The Center promotes the training and support of entrepreneurs, fostering the creation and strengthening of businesses and the development of the ecosystem An entrepreneur throughout the country and the region. He is a pioneer and a leading figure in Argentina.
Among its initiatives: Hackaton IAE, Argentine Ships, WISE – Women in STEM Entrepreneurship, Innovation programs with organizations

ACT4SDGs PROJECT (Act for Sustainable Development Goals), supported by ERASMUS.

La Universidad Austral participate in the Project ACT4SDGs (Act for Sustainable Development Goals), supported by ERASMUS, in collaboration with 13 other Latin American and European universities. This initiative is designed to strengthen our educational practices, aligning them with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This project represents a significant step in building a more sustainable educational future, highlighting our commitment to educational quality and our active contribution to global challenges, specifically contributing to SDG 4 – Quality Education.
