In the month of October the seminar was held “Educational Leadership for Change”, a training space intended for the program's management teams Secondary School LearnOrganized by the School of Education of the Universidad Austral and the IAE Business School.

The opening of the meeting was led by Dr. Santiago Bellomo , Dean of the School of Education; Ms. Karina Brahim , Director of Extension and Transfer; and Mr. Oscar Ghillione , Undersecretary of Educational Planning and Innovation of the Ministry of Education of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

The opening conference was delivered by Eduardo “Coco” Oderigo , co-founder of the Espartanos Foundation and keynote speaker of the seminar, who shared his testimony on leadership, resilience, trust, and teamwork. His inspiring message kicked off a learning journey that continued with a lecture by Professor Ramiro Seré from the School of Education.

During the session on October 20th , participants had the opportunity to listen to Professor Sergio “Cachito” Vigil , a high-performance coach and key figure for the Argentine women's field hockey team , Las Leonas , world champions and Olympic medalists. Vigil shared a reflection that resonated deeply with those in attendance:

“The greatest enemy of learning is intolerance to frustration. Life is full of goals and dreams; what matters is not how far we get, but how we transform ourselves along the way.”

Next, Dr. Justin Reich , associate professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) , researcher at Harvard , and director of the MIT Teaching Systems Lab , participated . An international authority on educational innovation and digital learning , Dr. Reich gave a talk on innovation and school improvement , in which he shared strategies and perspectives for integrating artificial intelligence and technology to enhance learning.

Over four days, management teams participated in conferences and collaborative workshops organized around three thematic stations: Leadership , Communication , and Design Thinking . These sessions aimed to strengthen institutional capacities to lead, communicate, and innovate within educational communities, driving change through school management.
