The seminar consists of eight bi-weekly modules, each providing a lecture, bibliography, and activities on a specific theme related to the university's identity and mission. Each module will require a commitment of 2,5 hours every two weeks.

- Contemporary ethical debates
Face-to-face modality: The seminar, in person, will be held in 8 meetings at the Pilar headquarters, on the second Friday of the month from March to October, from 15 to 18 pm.
Virtual modality – asynchronous: The seminar consists of eight monthly modules, each providing a lecture, bibliography, and activities on a specific topic related to the seminar's themes. Each module will be available for one month and will require a commitment of 2,5 hours per month, from April to November.

The core philosophical and theological seminars aim to deepen the specific disciplines cultivated at the university, fostering a close relationship between philosophy, theology, and the experimental and social sciences. These courses seek to create in the Universidad Austral a field of study and discussion that can be the seed of interdisciplinary research.

Through the incorporation of curricular pathways related to research methodologies, the program seeks to understand the methodological foundations of research work and provide tools that facilitate the search and analysis of information, the writing of scientific articles, the formulation of research projects, and the communication of research results.
