Meet the distinguished panelists of the VII International Relations Conference

La Universidad Austral hosted on Thursday, October 19, the «JInternational Relations lectures: Current reality and perspectives of the global order«, at the CUDES University Residence, located at Vicente López 1950. This event, in person, took place from 8:45 a.m. to 14:15 p.m.

The event began with accreditation at 8:45 a.m., followed by welcoming remarks from the Mg. Celina Cantú, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Austral, along with words from the President of the Argentine Council for International Relations, Mr. Francisco De SantibañesSubsequently, the academic introduction will be given by Dr. Juan Pablo Laporte, distinguished professor at the University of Buenos Aires and the Universidad Austral.

The day was divided into two main panels. The first panel, entitled "The State of the Debate on Global Scenarios: Uncertainty, Interdependence, and New Hegemonies," was moderated by Dr. Carola RamónThe following distinguished academics and professionals presented in this segment:

- Ms. Elsa Llenderrozas (UBA)
- Dr. Roberto Russell (UTDT)
- Dr. Federico Merke (UdeSA)
- Dr. Esteban Actis (A R)

The second panel was held on the theme of "Global Governance and Diplomacy in an International System in Transition," presented and moderated by Lic. Ángeles RodríguezThis segment featured the participation of the following prominent figures:

- Ambassador Gustavo Martínez Pandiani, Argentine Ambassador to Switzerland.
- Ambassador Atilio Berardi, Argentine Ambassador to the European Union.
- Ms. Diana MondinoProfessor at CEMA
- Ambassador Fernando PetrellaFormer Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Argentine Republic
- Dr. Federico PinedoFormer Provisional President of the Senate.
- Ambassador Rafael GrossiDirector General of the IAEA

The closing remarks were delivered by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship, Mr. Santiago Cafiero y Mg. Sofia del Carril, Executive Director of the Master's Program in International Relations, Universidad Austral.
