Center for Global Governance Studies (CEGG)

About the Center for Global Governance Studies (CEGG)

Created in 2023, the CEGG is a space for critical discussion that incorporates studies on global governance from an interdisciplinary perspective and seeks to constitute a place for research and debates of a theoretical and practical nature on issues of global relevance, from an international, regional and national perspective.

The different activities of the CEGG fall within three major thematic areas: Global governance and multilateralism; global agenda issues; and Argentina in Global Governance.

The center seeks to produce world-class academic research, as well as provide policymakers, international organizations, and stakeholders with creative and practical solutions to improve multilateral responses to global threats and challenges.

General objectives

  • To contribute to knowledge and understanding of international relations and global governance;
  • To contribute to theoretical, strategic and applied thinking in the subject;
  • To be a reference within the University, in our field of expertise and in the eyes of society.
