Master and Specialist in Educational Management from the University of San Andrés, Professor and Bachelor of Science in Education from UCA, and has higher diplomas in Reading, Writing and Education, and in Constructivism and Education (FLACSO).

She has extensive experience in the field of education, both in universities and in public and private sector organizations. She has taught at UCA, the Universidad Austral, CAECE University and the National Gendarmerie University Institute. For almost two decades she was part of the management team of Michael Ham School. As Director of the Center for Educational Research and Development of the Universidad AustralShe led the design and implementation of educational programs in partnership with the Undersecretariat of Education of Pilar and the Pilares Association. In public administration, she served as Academic Coordinator of the Leadership and Management Training Program at the Teachers' School of the City of Buenos Aires Government.

Currently, she works in consulting and designing training proposals in blended and e-learning environments through Transformativa Internacional Consultant, collaborating with organizations in the corporate sector, the third sector, and foreign universities.
