Cecilia holds a degree in Psychopedagogy (USAL). She is an ontological coach (Newfield Consulting – R. Echeverría – Chile). She also has a postgraduate degree in Business Organization and Administration (UBA – Faculty of Engineering).
Management and HR Training Programs at Insead and Stanford.

More than 20 years of professional experience in Human Resources Management and Consulting at the local and regional levels (Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela). She was HR Development Manager and HR Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Novartis, Sullair, and Genneia.

He has taught in various postgraduate programs in Economic Sciences (UBA), San Andrés and Di Tella.

She founded her own consulting firm, Cecilia Russo Equipo + Humano, in 2018 and specializes in Cultural Change Processes, Team Development, Individual Coaching, and Leadership Development in Women.

She is the author of the book “Building Leadership in Women” Ed Temas and the Podcast of the same name.
