Leading people also means producing better.

In this program, you'll learn to organize, motivate, and empower your team so your business operates with less conflict and greater commitment. Over two intensive days, you'll work on real-world case studies from Paraguayan livestock farming and gain practical tools to improve communication, delegate effectively, and build more reliable employees.

It is a training program designed for producers, administrators and managers who want stable teams, greater productivity and modern, sustainable human resource management that meets the challenges of the sector.

Today, livestock farming demands much more than simply knowing how to produce well. When teams are disorganized, communication breaks down, or decisions aren't clearly communicated, the cost is paid every day: mistakes, conflicts, burnout, and the loss of valuable people.

This program was created to address the specific realities of rural Paraguay. It's not about imported theories or formulas, but about learning to lead people more clearly, firmly, and predictably, even in contexts of pressure, distance, and high operational demands.

If you feel you're spending too much time solving people's problems, that your team is overly reliant on you, or that maintaining commitment and responsibility is difficult, this training will help you change that. In just two days, you'll learn practical strategies to streamline your management, delegate more effectively, and create a smoother, more trusting work environment.

This program is aimed at producers, administrators, managers and those responsible for consortiums that have people under their charge and they need the work to function in a more orderly, clear and predictable way in the day-to-day operations of the establishment.

It is designed for those who make decisions, coordinate tasks and sustain operations, but feel that much of the outcome depends on always being on top of things, resolving conflicts or correcting recurring deviations.

It is also for those who want to take a step towards a more professional management of people, strengthening the role of middle management and building more stable and reliable teams, without losing the practical logic and the rhythm of rural work.

By the end of the program, you'll have the tools, criteria, and practical skills to lead teams in the field, improve workplace relationships, and professionalize human resource management on your livestock farm. Everything you learn can be immediately applied to your daily work, with visible results in work organization, communication, and staff retention.

Competences

  • Understanding and improving your leadership style: Identify your strengths, mental models, and areas for improvement to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and consistency.
  • Organize and strengthen communication during your stay: Apply techniques to align the team, avoid misunderstandings between helmet and retirement, and communicate instructions accurately.
  • Motivating and engaging employees: Implement real motivation and "emotional salary" strategies that work in rural teams, reducing turnover.
  • Managing conflicts and making sound decisions: To address difficult conversations, resolve tensions, and act firmly without breaking the working relationship.
  • Delegate effectively and develop foremen: Moving from a traditional supervision model to one of intelligent delegation that empowers middle management and improves daily operations.
  • Building high-performing teams: Identifying gaps, defining roles, distributing tasks, and generating work habits that increase productivity.
  • Design an action plan for your establishment: Create a concrete plan, with simple indicators, to implement immediate changes and sustain improvements over time.

  • In you as a leader: You'll gain clarity to lead people with greater firmness and sound judgment, reducing the strain of trying to be everywhere at once. You'll improve your ability to organize work, make decisions with more confidence, and hold difficult conversations without creating unnecessary conflict. The impact will be noticeable in your leadership style and in the team's respect for your role.

At your establishment: Work becomes more predictable. Errors, tensions, and excessive dependencies are reduced, daily coordination improves, and middle management is strengthened. The program provides you with a concrete action plan to implement in your specific situation, enabling you to sustain improvements in the work environment, staff stability, and productivity.

In the sector: You contribute to a more professional and socially sustainable Paraguayan livestock industry, where people are central to the outcome. Furthermore, you become part of the CEA learning network, sharing experiences and best practices that strengthen the sector as a whole.

This program was designed so you can incorporate applicable tools from the very first class. We work with a dynamic methodology that combines:

  • Classes with specialists in agriculture, management and innovation.
  • Discussion of real cases from the regional context, to connect the concepts with concrete challenges in Paraguay and the region.
  • Collaborative work between producers and professionals, which allows for contrasting perspectives and enriching decision-making.
  • Practical exercises that take the content to the field, encouraging each participant to apply it to their own company, establishment or management responsibility.

The proposal prioritizes direct, applicable and results-oriented learning, aligned with the real needs of the sector.
