El Regional Management Program in Agribusiness It is an executive training program designed for those who have decision-making power and seek to professionalize the management of their businesses, strengthen their managerial role, and build an integrated strategic view of the agribusiness company.

A program for leading with sound judgment, method and long-term vision in agriculture.

Who is it aimed at?

This program is aimed at owners, managers and senior management members of the agricultural and agro-industrial sector who currently make decisions in their organizations.

Producers, managers, members of family businesses and entrepreneurs with prior experience and real decision-making power, who seek to professionalize management, organize their businesses and project growth while ensuring the continuity of the company.

With the growth of organizations and the complexity of productive and economic environments, experience alone is no longer enough: it becomes necessary to incorporate criteria, methods, and spaces for reflection that allow for clearer decision-making.

This program stems from that need. From the conviction that agricultural managers require training that allows them to streamline management, professionalize leadership, and think strategically about the future of their businesses, integrating people, processes, and results within a single decision-making framework.

Training to lead better is not an add-on: it is a key investment for the sustainability of the business.

A program designed for those who make real decisions:

The PDA is designed for owners, directors, and managers in the agricultural and agro-industrial sectors. It is not an introductory or theoretical training program: it is a space for work and reflection for those who have direct responsibility for the results of their companies.

A comprehensive view of running the business:

The program integrates strategy, management, and leadership into a training journey designed and taught by teachers with academic experience and a track record in managing companies in the agribusiness sector.

Direct application to the reality of each participant:

The tools and concepts are applied to the participants' own businesses. The focus is on analyzing, organizing, and improving management based on real-world situations, fostering concrete and applicable decisions.

Regional anchoring and peer building:

The PDA program is developed in the region and brings together participants with similar business challenges. Peer-to-peer exchange, combined with knowledge of the local production context, enriches the learning experience and enhances the program's value.

At the end of the program, you will be able to:

Define and strengthen your managerial leadership profile: Understand how your leadership style impacts the culture, teams, and business results, and build a personal development plan aligned with the challenges of your role.

Conduct a comprehensive diagnosis of your organization: Analyze in depth the organizational and cultural situation of your company to identify strengths, tensions and opportunities for improvement.

Organize management based on key processes: Map the critical processes of your business and identify where to intervene to gain efficiency, clarity, and control in operations.

Making decisions with reliable information: Design a control panel with key performance indicators (KPIs) that allows you to monitor results, anticipate deviations, and manage with greater predictability.

Review and adjust your business model: Analyze your value proposition and business structure, incorporating tools such as the Business Model Canvas to redefine strategies and adapt to new scenarios.

Build a strategic plan with a focus on execution: Design a comprehensive plan with clear objectives, defined milestones, and monitoring mechanisms that facilitate its implementation over time.
