La Universidad Austral Headquarters RosarioTogether with Washington University and The Yield Lab, and with the support of the Government of the Province of Santa Fe, it is promoting a research project that aims to understand how the AgTech entrepreneurial ecosystem developed in Saint Louis, with a view to accelerating the growth of a similar ecosystem in Rosario and the region, based on the similarity (geographic, productive, logistical) of both regions.

The investigation has three phases:

• Phase I: Identification of actions, elements, and actors that made the development of the Agtech ecosystem possible in St. Louis, Missouri (geographic location, ag coast, extensive agriculture) and brief analysis of the actors in the AgTech ecosystem of Rosario and your region.
• Phase II: Descriptive analysis of the emerging AgTech ecosystem of Rosario and its region, in terms of the relevant actors, their interaction and the roles played by each of them, within the framework of the methodologies for analyzing the literature on entrepreneurial ecosystems.
• Phase III: Replicating this type of study in other regions in Latin America, seeking to articulate the AgTech ecosystem to capture the potential that the region has as a food producer.
