  • This program is an immersive experience in which the agility will be a cross-sectional approach incorporating dynamics specifically designed to ensure that participants internalize the cycle: reflection – agreements – action.

 

  • Each participant will have an assigned mentor available throughout the program.

 

  • An interview will be conducted with special guests to illustrate the content with real cases.

This program is offered in the following format: blended learning and has 4 months duration:

 

  • 4 face-to-face meetings: Mondays from 9 a.m. to 18 p.m.

 

  • 8 online meetings: Mondays from 18 to 20 pm
