Program in Business Law and Finance

Start date:

06.10.2026
Duration: 1 and a half months
Modality: Hybrid
Location: Rosario

Integrate law and finance to analyze complex situations with a broader perspective.

This academic program offers an integrated perspective on two disciplines that, in business practice, rarely operate in isolation. Through real-world scenarios related to the functioning of companies, it provides tools to understand how legal and financial decisions impact a company's value and how it manages its main challenges.

Throughout the program, you will incorporate tools and approaches that will allow you to analyze complex scenarios, interpret the logic behind different business decisions, and interact with specialists from a broader understanding of the legal, financial, and corporate aspects involved in each situation.

More Information

The program is designed for professionals involved in the analysis, advising, or decision-making related to the business field and who seek to enrich their practice with an integrated view of law and finance.

Lawyers: To broaden the legal analysis by incorporating financial tools that allow for a deeper understanding of the economic impact of corporate decisions, negotiations, and conflicts.

Counters: To complement the financial perspective with legal foundations that strengthen the analysis of corporate structures, investment processes, and negotiation situations.

Professionals who advise on or participate in business decisions: Consultants, heads of legal or financial areas, members of family businesses and other professionals who seek to integrate both disciplines to address complex situations from a more comprehensive perspective.

The program is organized into eight modules that address some of the main decisions and challenges in business law from an integrated financial perspective.
